Cohesion and discoveries for our MBAs at ICD Business School

The start of the academic year for students in the MBA IBD program at ICD Business School in September was marked by a team-building afternoon with their peers from the MBA Commerce & Marketing program. Through fun and collaborative activities, these future leaders learned to get to know each other while overcoming language barriers.

Building Connections through Activities

To encourage integration, a series of activities was organized between the two MBA groups. These games, combining timed challenges and treasure hunts, helped students strengthen their team spirit while learning a new language. This event provided a true multicultural immersion, where everyone was able to exchange, collaborate, and develop essential interpersonal skills in an international environment.

Discovering the Campus and Its Resources

Participants also had the opportunity to explore the Groupe IGENSIA Education campus through various challenges scattered across different locations. Some activities took place in the campus HUB, where students discovered resources available to them, such as the library and research computers. This was a key moment for them to get acquainted with these spaces and optimize their student experience.

A Moment Enjoyed by All

This playful afternoon was a great success with the students. In addition to forging connections with their peers, they became familiar with the campus and explored a new language. It was a learning-rich moment that marks the beginning of a promising year for our MBA students, centered on internationalization and collaboration.

The Importance of Cohesion

This day perfectly illustrated ICD Business School's commitment to preparing its students to thrive in a multicultural and global environment. By focusing on cohesion and exchange, the school provides its students with the tools they need to succeed in both their academic and professional journeys.
